BATTALION S-1 (ADJUTANT) ADMINISTRATION

PRIDE BN ADJUTANT: C/SSGT. CARDONA, MARIANELY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BN ADJUTANT:  (Cadet Capt)

(1) The Pride Battalion Adjutant is charged with the following duties:

(a) To provide administrative support to the Battalion staff.

(b) To maintain and prepare all Battalion correspondence.

(c) To prepare all orders and bulletins necessary for the Battalion operations and ensure their proper distribution.

(d) To provide narration for all parades and ceremonies. To provide the professional protocol for seniority seating and attendance by local, State, and Federal.

(e) Update and maintain Cadet service records with promotions and awards.

(f)  Generate the quarterly Cutting score bulletin for promotion allocations. Document and file all administrative promotion warrants and awards in the Cadets’ records before the promotion ceremonies.

(g)  Maintain a current desktop procedures binder for future turnover of billet.

BN S-1 ADMINISTRATIVE CHIEF: Cadet MSgt)

(1) The Pride Battalion Administrative Chief is charged with the following duties:

(a) To assist the Bn Adjutant in all his/her duties. To provide administrative support to the Battalion staff. To run the Bn S-1 Office and assign tasks to subordinate Cadet Enlisted.

(b) To maintain and prepare all Battalion correspondence. To ensure that all new candidates receive the appropriate level Leadership Education class syllabus.

(c) To prepare all orders and bulletins necessary for the Battalion operations and ensure their proper distribution.

(d) To provide narration for all parades and ceremonies. To provide the professional protocol for seniority seating and attendance by local, State, and Federal.

(e) Update and maintain Cadet service records with promotions and awards.

(f)  Generate the quarterly Cutting score bulletin for promotion allocations.

(g)  Maintain a current desktop procedures binder for future turnover of billet.

SPECIAL REQUEST/AUTHORIZATION FORM

The Special Request/Authorization Form (SRAF) is to be utilized for all special requests and authorization of being excused for Honor Guard, Community Service, Admissions Information Sessions, etc.. For any event that the Cadet needs to request for an alternate due to urgent situations the form must be submitted at least 3 school days before the effective day of the event.
